Another happy homeowner!
We recently helped close in an open doorway and convert it into a finished wall for a set of French doors, creating a much quieter and more functional home office space. The transformation made a huge difference in both privacy and noise reduction while still keeping the room bright and connected.
With more people working remotely, dedicated home office improvements such as doors for sound reduction, custom cabinetry, countertops, flooring, lighting, electrical upgrades, and built-in workspaces may potentially qualify for partial business-use tax benefits in some situations when tied to a qualifying home office. Always consult your tax professional regarding your specific circumstances and eligibility.
A big thank you to our realtor friend Brooke Romm Goldfond for the referral and congratulations to the new homeowners on closing on their beautiful new home. We truly appreciate the trust and support!
