If so, then Heckeroth Plumbing wants you to join their team! As part of our industry-leading HVAC department, you'll use your extensive experience to:
● Diagnose and repair air conditioners, heat pumps, boilers, and more
● Perform annual maintenance on residential and light commercial systems
● Diagnose and repair oil and gas-fired units
● Offer and explain repair and replacement options to the customer’s satisfaction
● Provide exceptional customer service at all times
● Perform other related duties when assigned as a team player
● Work after hours and respond to emergencies, when needed
Want to be one of our next Top Technicians? Here's what we need from you:
● At least 5 years of experience working in the field
● A strong working knowledge of HVAC, hydronic, and electrical systems and components
● Clean driving record as required by company insurance carrier
● Ability to solve problems and to take appropriate action
● Identify and sell products that would benefit the customer
● Carry out written and/or verbal instructions with or without supervision
● Written and verbal communication skills in order to manage customer expectations and document services for customers and supervisors
● Ability to operate power and hand tools safely
● Climb ladders, work in attics and crawl spaces, and able/fit to lift heavy objects when needed
● Ensure that the final work product meets high-quality standards
● Track all parts and materials used in repairs or replacements and maintain truck stock levels
● Be adaptable and enthusiastic to new procedures, technologies, and people
● Exhibit great interpersonal skills with all types of customers
● Desire to learn and advance into a career, not just a job
● Work after hours when needed
● Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance and for your truck and work area
