We're excited to see construction underway on The Salvation Army Family Services Center in North Las Vegas! With our Las Vegas office just down the road, this project hits close to home. It's a project we're proud to build, for a mission we're proud to support.

HAD A BLAST

The Korte Company was proud to sponsor and participate in this year's Sporting Clay Classic benefiting the Anderson Hospital Foundation

We came to support a great event...and figured we might as well take a few shots while we were at it.

Friendly competition. A few broken clays. And a pretty darn good day all around.

Today, we're celebrating Brian Taylor and his 10 years with The Korte Company!

Brian has played an important role in delivering projects across the country. What started with school construction quickly expanded into Department of Defense work, where he continues to make an impact today as a Project Executive.

From complex projects to the teams behind them, Brian brings decades of experience and a genuine commitment to the people and projects he leads.

Congratulations on 10 years, Brian! We're proud to build alongside you.

BUILT FOR A MISSION BIGGER THAN OURSELVES.

Some projects are measured in square feet. Others are measured by the importance of the mission they serve.

Our work at Vandenberg Space Force Base is both.

This final video captures the scale and significance of an extraordinary project, but what it doesn't fully capture is the dedication, determination and downright hard work it took to bring it to life.

A complex build. A critical mission. A project we're proud to have delivered.

Not Every Job Starts from the Ground Up.

For this Throwback Thursday, we're taking you back to a St. Louis landmark you've probably driven past a time or two.

Just off I-55 in the historic Soulard neighborhood stands the former Welsh Baby Carriage Company factory. Dating back to 1875, the building first served as a shoe factory before Welsh moved in in 1941, eventually becoming one of the world's largest manufacturers of folding baby carriages.

But in August 1983, the building faced a devastating setback. During a severe thunderstorm, a section of its five-story brick wall collapsed onto I-55, tragically claiming a life.

That's where Ralph Korte Construction Co. entered the picture.

Our crews were brought in to rebuild 6,000 square feet of the damaged structure, following special restoration requirements to preserve the building's historic character.

Fast-forward to 2005, and the former factory found a new purpose as the Soulard Market Apartments. More than 40 years after our restoration work, it's still standing along I-55.

A little St. Louis history. A little Korte Company history. And a building with quite a story to tell.

THIS IS HOW WE GREET THE DAY.

There's nothing quite like watching the sun come up over a jobsite. A beautiful sunrise. A fresh start. Another opportunity to build something that matters.

Good morning. Let's build something great.

38 years. That's a lot of jobs. And a lot of numbers.

This week, Sherri Obermark is celebrating 38 years with The Korte Company.

As our Controller, Sherri plays a vital role in keeping our teams running smoothly, projects on track, finances in order, and much more. Her work touches just about every corner of our business, making her an essential part of our team.

After 38 years, it's hard to imagine Korte without her.

So today, we tip our hats to Sherri. You help define what it means to Build Smart, and we look forward to many more years ahead. Happy work anniversary, Sherri!

A GREAT DAY TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.

We were proud to sponsor this year's golf tournament benefiting the Friends of Community Hospital of Staunton Foundation.

For more than 30 years, the Foundation has helped strengthen local healthcare through investments in facilities, equipment and programs that serve the community.

Great people. Great cause. And a great day to give back.
