Small bathrooms are some of our favorite projects to work on. They may not have a lot of square footage, but with the right design, they can become one of the most beautiful spaces in a home.

This small bathroom remodel in Highlands Ranch, CO was for a returning customer who trusted our process from day one. We created a detailed 3D bathroom design, finalized every finish together, and once everything was approved, our team completed the entire remodel in just two weeks.

Her vision was simple: high contrast, no gray tones. We paired warm white marble tile with a black hex niche, a 36” solid wood vanity, matte black fixtures, and black marble hexagon tile on both the vanity backsplash and the bathroom floor, tying the entire space together with a timeless, high-end look.

Every finish was selected with purpose. Every detail was carefully planned before construction even began. That’s the advantage of designing in 3D first—we know exactly how the finished bathroom will look before the first tile is installed.

This is one of our latest bathroom remodels in Highlands Ranch, completed in just 2 weeks from start to finish.

The project began with a detailed 3D design, allowing our client to see the finished space before construction even started. Once the design was approved, we helped select all the finishes, ensuring every detail worked together perfectly.
