Last year we completed this job in the South Metro area. We removed a structural wall and installed a new I-Beam to double the size of the kitchen. We also installed a large folding back patio door that allows the kitchen and back patio to become one.
In the kitchen, the island has a quartz countertop with a walnut top in the seating areas. One of the best looking kitchen/1st floor remodels we've done to date.

This was a fun job to work on. We added an apartment to the 2nd story of a Wash Park home. We added a new kitchen, new master bath and family room. We did solid timber fir beams that were installed during rough frame and then stained at final. The pop top addition feels like a tree house in the middle of the city. The owners just love what we were able to do for them.

This is a beautiful job that we finished up in late 2018. The house was a little outdated and had a small kitchen. We did an addition off the back of the house to expand the kitchen size as well as open up both sides on the side of the fireplace. The kitchen came out amazing with different color of island cabinets and a beautiful slab on top of it. In the Music Room, we added some LED color changing strip lights that gives a cool ambience to the room.
