Quick Scheduling Update:

Attention Members and Happy Spring!

Spring is finally here, and we are well underway into our Spring Cleanup Season. We just wanted to give a few quick reminders and updates for May services.

-For scheduling purposes, we may find it necessary to move a few member appointments to allow us a more streamlined member schedule. If we service your property earlier than scheduled we will leave a member checklist in your mailbox detailing our visit. Feel free to reach out prior to your appointment if you have any specific requests. If you are on a silver plan and if there is a charge for the service we will send you an invoice if you are not home.
-Gold and Diamond Member Benefit: Your custom flower orders have been placed and we are eagerly awaiting their arrival. With the many frosts we have had over the last few weeks we are airing in the side of caution and will be planting your flowers the week following Mother’s Day. Expect us to be planting/delivering them during the later part of the week.
-Mulch
Many members will be receiving their mulching service this month. We time your mulching for when it suits your particular landscape best. Gold and Diamond Members receive mulch included in membership and as a reminder; Silver member’s receive a 25% discount on mulching service.

It’s time to choose your spring flowers! As part of your membership:
• Gold Members receive 2 flats of premium annuals
• Diamond Members receive 4 flats of premium annuals

We’ve selected 5 tried-and-true favorites that perform beautifully in our area. Choose from these options or let us know your own favorites.
If you prefer fewer annuals in your beds, you may instead select:

Important Update Regarding Mulching Service Flags

Dear Four Seasons at Mapleton Residents,

**Mulching Service Notice – March 2026**

LMS (the community's lawn maintenance crew) will soon begin mulching the front planting beds and street trees for all properties. As per HOA guidelines, if you wish to **opt out** of their service (e.g., to use our premium dyed mulch instead), you must place the appropriate color-coordinated flags in your garden beds:
- **Red Flag**: No service at all
- **Yellow Flag**: Edging only, no mulch
- **White Flag**: Mulch only, no edging

(Flags can be picked up at the clubhouse if needed.)

As an added convenience, Apollo Gardening will place flags on your behalf for:
- Our premium members
- Customers who have scheduled mulching service with us
- Those who have specifically requested flags
- Regular service customers

We've already placed flags in many gardens this week. Please double-check your front flower beds to confirm:
- If we placed flags correctly
- If we missed your property
- Or if you'd like us to add/remove/adjust them

Contact us ASAP by phone, text, or email so we can handle it promptly before LMS starts.

Member Update: March Service

**Spring 2026 First Service Update – March

We've completed the first service of the season for all premium members.

This week we applied:
- Spot treatments to early-season w**ds (bittercress, henbit, etc.)
- Pre-emergent herbicide to prevent germination
- Fertilizer to your shrubs and garden beds

One key membership benefit is precise timing: we addressed visible w**ds early, applied pre-emergent before major seed germination, and fertilized just ahead of the main growth period for optimal results.

Your garden beds are off to a strong start.

For members with scheduled mulching appointments: we will apply w**d treatments and fertilizer on your assigned day as part of the service.

Ice Caution! Storm Cleanup Update.

Dear Four Seasons Members,

**Cleanup Update – February 25, 2026**

We got about an inch of snow overnight, and while LMS was finishing the remaining driveways yesterday, it compacted into a thick, stubborn layer of ice underneath.

**Please use extreme caution** and avoid going outside if at all possible—surfaces are especially treacherous right now with this hidden ice.

Our team is resuming cleanup today and working hard to break up and remove that thick ice on the remaining driveways, front walkways, and mailbox areas. Progress is slow going due to the density, but we’re making steady headway to get your access points safe.

Once the last homes are finished, we’ll circle back to the properties we completed yesterday and clear off any fresh snow layer that accumulated.

Temperatures are climbing above freezing today, and the sun will be out this afternoon—this will help a lot with natural melting of snow and ice.

Your driveway, front walkway, and mailbox area remain our focus under your membership. We’ll keep you posted as we move through the day.

Blizzard Cleanup Update 2/24

Dear Four Seasons Members,

**Blizzard Cleanup Update (February 24, 2026)**

LMS has been working diligently and has already done a fantastic job clearing the deep snow across the community. They are now shoveling sidewalks along with driveways and walkways.

Our team made excellent progress today: we caught up to LMS in several areas and had to step away for the day so they could finish without any interference. The following streets have been fully shoveled/plowed and we have touched up and salted your driveways, front walkways, and mailbox areas:

- Vandevere
- Kramer Ct
- Fitzgerald
- Everett
- Ashford
- Ambrose
- Chambers (up to the bridge)

Tomorrow morning we will return to complete the remainder of the development in coordination with LMS. The streets we'll focus on include:

- Barbary
- Harrington
- Ellington
- Newton
- Allister
- Taylor
- Remainder of Chambers

Sidewalks are being cleared along with driveways as LMS works through their contract.

At this time, if you feel your public sidewalk (the portion abutting your property) needs additional attention or you'd like us to double-check it for you, let us know. We will be performing touch-ups on sidewalks tomorrow as an optional add-on (nominal per-storm charge based on sidewalk length—shorter sections lower, longer/corner lots higher to cover extra labor, salt, and time). Just reply or call today so we can plan accordingly.

Member Services: Blizzard Update

Dear Apollo Gardening Members,

**Major Blizzard Update (February 23, 2026)**

The major blizzard brought 19–20+ inches of snow to our area, with strong winds and heavy accumulation.

Digging out has started this afternoon. LMS is working hard to remove the deep snow from the community. As in previous large storms this winter, they are prioritizing driveways first per their contract and will move to sidewalks and other areas once driveways are cleared.

We are closely watching their progress. As soon as LMS opens access and it is safe, our team will follow up on your driveway, front walkway, and mailbox area with shoveling and salting, as covered by your premium membership.

Public municipal sidewalks along the street remain the responsibility of LMS, the HOA, or township—we will not address them at this time.

Please stay indoors if possible, avoid travel (some restrictions are still in place), and use extreme caution on any surfaces. Conditions are still hazardous.

We'll send another update tomorrow or as progress continues. If you have urgent concerns about your driveway, walkway, or mailbox area once accessible, feel free to reach out.

Member Services: Snow Update 2/16

Dear Apollo Gardening Members,

**Quick Update: Light Snow This Morning (February 16, 2026)**

We had about an inch of snow overnight. South-facing properties stayed clear, while north-facing ones had some accumulation.

Our team was out early and shoveled any driveways and walkways with accumulation, then followed up with a light salt application on those north-facing driveways, walkways, and mailbox areas to keep things safe without excess buildup.

Temperatures are warming up—after tonight, we won't see overnight freezes for a while, so any remaining spots should melt naturally.

If you notice anything on your private areas that needs a quick extra pass, just let us know.
