Throwback to our work at Hudson Valley Logistics Center (HVLC)!

HVLC is a 529,000 sq. ft. warehouse and distribution center located in East Fishkill NY. Tri-State was carefully selected to handle the roofing and waterproofing of this building due to our history of upholding the highest standards of safety and craftmanship within the industry, and an unwavering commitment to our customers.

For this project, Tri-State furnished and installed two layers of mechanically attached Sika Sarnatherm 2.6” polyisocyanurate (ISO) insulation to achieve an R-value of 30, and mechanically attached Sika Sarnafil .060 white PVC membrane. As this project was ongoing, RC Andersen provided Tri-State with a PO to install all of the necessary wood blocking around perimeter walls, thus allowing for the installation of a Kynar 500 edge-metal system. In addition to the parapet blocking, we also installed the wood blocking at all mechanical rooftop equipment. All of the work completed by Tri-State was done so to all specifications required by Factory Mutual and Sika Sarnafil to achieve FM Global 1-90 and Sika 20 year no dollar limit (NDL) warranties.
