Owen, AJ, and Elfry knocked out this Hilliard Planting and Walkway Installation at another Epcon Community Home.
We did heavy bed preparation by roto tilling 12" deep, adding Comtil amendment and roto tilling again to blend prior to plant installation.
We also installed 340 square feet of Fossil Beacon Hill pavers for a walkway from gate to patio to back door.
The highlight of this one is the Night Lighting. We used to enhance the beauty and functionality after dark on this Courtyard Planting Project.

Craig, James, Alex C. and Alex C. Jr. knocked out this Hilliard patio. We installed three directional NW Versa Lok Risers with Bullnose coping for the steps. We installed 721 square feet of Beacon Hill pavers in River Blend with Charcoal Soldier Course.
We installed concrete footings for the clients DIY Pavilion, Gas Fire Pit, Modified Grill Case, all vertical structures have LED built-in, simple landscape beds and plants.

Tommy, Justin and Eddie fought through all that rain to get this Hilliard patio replacement project wrapped up.
We demoed a concrete patio and natural stone retaining wall to install 77 face feet of retaining wall with bullnose coping, 350 square feet of Storm Manhattan pavers, 29 linear feet of Edington Seat Wall, 9 linear feet of grill wall. Of course, everything vertical has LED blade lights built-in!
Big compliments from the clients that loved the crew and was so appreciative of their work through the rain to make it happen.

Craig, James, Alex and Alex Jr. wrapped up this Hilliard patio project. We installed just 72 face feet of retaining wall with bullnose coping to hold the patio level. The Versa-Lok was also used for the step risers below our 18" deep Bullnose Treads. We also installed 372 sq ft of Oberfields LLC Newport style pavers in Driftwood color with Cream Plymouth soldier course.
We prepped a modest landscape bed and installed a row of Hetzii Junipers for lateral privacy.

Owen, AJ and Elfry knocked out this Dublin front entry project. We removed old overgrown Taxus hedges and a small concrete sidewalk to make room for this modest 95 square foot Bristol Valley paver walkway. We also built risers and capped with natural Limestone 24" deep tread.
We installed an LED lighting system and completed new front planting.

Patrick, B-Kin, Hector and Noah knocked out this Jerome Village patio and pavilion project last week. We have a mini-retaining wall, just 35 Face Feet holding up the NW corner.
We installed our normal 3-Directional Versa Lok risers with 16" deep bullnose treads.
We installed an Edington Grill Case for clients Traeger Smoker unit and a Built-In 42" Coyote Gas Grill and Pull-Out trash can. We installed a fully permitted 16' x 16' Cascade hip roof pavilion with a bottom half wind blocking view-allowing T&G wood wall. Our friends Columbus Gas Pro ran gas lines to the grill station and fire pit. We also installed 1,038 square feet of Easy Clean Beacon Hill Smooth in Biscotti color paver patio and walkway to the driveway. A little modest planting on the north side and voila, your new Outdoor Livingroom is ready for Final Electrical Finishes and Inspections.

Shane, Tyler and Camron tore out a 20-year-old failing retaining wall paver patio project to install this one. Shane discovered several issues with drainage and irrigation under the old patio most likely the reason for failure.
Shane led his crew to solidify the foundation, repair and re-route both drainage and irrigation issues to later install 143 Face Feet of retaining walls to hold up this 581 square foot Easy Clean paver patio in Biscotti color. We also installed 42 linear feet of Non-Tumbled Driftwood color Edington Seat Walls and two simple step sets, with 18" deep treads.
Of course, all walls and steps have LED fixtures built in for nighttime use and safety.
Note: Due to extensive rain, this one has yet to be Poly-Sanded causing the paver joints to look unfinished...because they are unfinished.

Tommy, Eddie, Justin and Ethan wrapped up this Dublin patio and pavilion project. We removed an old paver patio and steps to install 695 square feet of Frost Manhattan pavers with a Silver Mist color soldier course.
We ran electric and poured footings for a 16' x 16' Cascade Pavilion fully permitted.
We also installed a Non-Tumbled Edington TV and Electric Fireplace Insert cabinet and wall with another island for Fridge and Trash Pull Out.
Of course, we installed Kichler Lighting LED fixtures throughout. We built our normal 18" deep Bullnose treads on top of risers and finished with planting and grading.

Drew A., William and Oliver knocked out this Plain City Garden Wall project last week. We removed old homeowner one course garden wall borders to install 110 face feet of Oberfields LLC Non Tumbled Edington Garden Walls, Grill Case and 40 square feet of pavers for the grills to set upon. We also installed five Lenza Treads for access points to the yard and existing wooden deck.
We back filled walls and replanted a few existing shrubs.
