This Old Hilliard homeowner has been in their late 19th century home for several years now. But the #1 thing that bothered them about their house:

👉 It wasn't period correct.

After a handful of years of designs and revisions, they were ready to break ground earlier this year. Along with modern updates such as spray foam insulation and new windows to lessen the road noise and custom posts and railing systems from artisan craftsmen, we were able to help them take their tasteful vision to fruition!

Afterward, naturally as retired art and advertising professors would, they presented us with a project wrap up book. What a meaningful and thoughtful gift and one we are proud to look back on!

We needed to make both pavilions look as if they always existed architecturally. Blue Oak did the hardscape and landscape. Together, we were able to help this homeowner enjoy a little more outdoor living!
