With our current economic situation making any decision for repairs or upgrades is extremely tough.
Always try to find a contractor that is willing to work with you and that will ultimately try to get you the best pricing on materials for the job your doing. Some contractors will just go with the nest and quickest supplies or supplier they can find. Your contractor should be willing to shop around and get you the best price possible.
