Hiring: Laborer – Mots Excavation

We are looking for a motivated individual with a strong work ethic to join the crew.

We specialize in dirt work, utilities, new construction, clearing, and site work.
No experience required—we will train the right person. If you show up and work hard, you’ll be taken care of.

The Job:
•Hand digging and site prep
•Assisting with utility installs and septic systems
•Heavy physical labor in the field
•Supporting the team on new construction and clearing sites

Requirements:
•Must have reliable transportation
•Must be able to handle physical labor in all weather conditions
•Strong work ethic is non-negotiable

Pay: Based on experience.

NOW HIRING – TRUCK DRIVER

Mots Excavation is looking to hire a full-time dump truck driver. We are currently hiring for both day and night shift.

Experience hauling heavy quarry loads preferred. Drivers should be comfortable hauling rock, dirt, and other materials between quarries and job sites.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, takes care of equipment, and shows up ready to work.

This has been a project we’ve really enjoyed watching the progress on! Transitioning the outdoor space for this client has been awesome. We removed an old sea wall along the lake, and are installing a new wall for them. This new space will look more appealing, be a lot safer, and be much more functional. We can’t wait to see the finished product, and even more so can’t wait for them to get to enjoy it!
