CONGRATULATIONS SHAWN!!!

This weekend we celebrate the retirement of our founder and owner, Shawn Muhly. He started the company in 1991 as a young father looking for a way to support his wife & 2 young boys. He grew the business for 20 years as a one man show, only rarely hiring temporary help. Son Teddy was the first family member to join him. In 2012, wife Barbie joined him to help in the office. In 2014 younger son Curtis began his journey with the company. In 2021 son-in-law Tyler joined the crew. Now the 2 grandkids can be seen running around the shop with their MGD work shirts. It has been 35 years of building a family legacy that will outlast Shawn.

As Shawn steps back to pursue other dreams, the rest of us remain to continue what he began.

Muhly's Garage Doors helped out a couple local 4-H kids by buying their project steers. Now we need to sell the meat.

4-H beef animals are lovingly raised by kids on a feed program of grain and hay. They have excellent flavor and marbling.

$9/pound hanging weight, quarters are $1631-2072, depending on the size of animal you choose. Price includes butchering fees. Custom cut & wrapped to your specifications. (We are not making any profit, in fact we are eating part of the butchering fees.)
