Are you ready to own a project from the initial proposal straight through to the final punch list?

We are looking for an experienced professional to step into a dynamic, dual-role position. If you are equally comfortable reading a set of complex plans and communicating directly with property managers, this is the perfect opportunity to grow your career.

What You Will Do
Estimate & Propose: Estimate landscape construction, enhancement, and improvement projects ranging from $5K to $500K+. Develop comprehensive proposals covering scope, materials, labor, and timelines.

Manage Ex*****on: Oversee awarded projects from kickoff to completion, including scheduling, crew coordination, and subcontractor oversight.

Lead Client Communication: Serve as the primary, proactive, and professional point of contact during project ex*****on.

Site & Strategy: Conduct site walks to uncover new opportunities, assist with bid strategies, and guide go/no-go decisions on larger projects.

Track Success: Monitor budgets, hours, and material costs against estimates, and maintain accurate project records using Aspire.

Collaborate: Coordinate seamless handoffs and operations with division leads, Account Managers, and field crews.

What You'll Do
Team Leadership: Lead, train, and manage a team of irrigation technicians while fostering a culture of safety and efficiency. Keep track of schedules and daily/weekly time approvals.
