What a season it’s been at Peak! ☀️

Our summer was jam-packed with unforgettable events across the Pacific Northwest. From cheering in the stands at the Hillsboro Hops and Tacoma Rainiers games , to soaking up the sun at our epic PDX and Seattle company picnics, this season was one for the books.

The best part? Seeing our incredible team come together outside of work to laugh, bond, and share these moments with friends and family.

As we say goodbye to a hot, festive summer, we are feeling immensely grateful for the people who make Peak such a fantastic place to be. Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us—here is to all the memories made and everything exciting that comes next! 🍁

ITS TIME FOR A BREAK. A SUPER BREAK!

Every account Peak Landscape wins is a promise kept in the field.

We wanted a way to say thank you to the maintenance and enhancement crews who keep those promises. Not a memo. Not a line in a meeting. Something real.

So Super Break was born.

The idea is simple. Our growth team picks a crew, shows up on their break, and brings a treat. Yesterday it was ice cream on a hot summer day.

No agenda. Just a thank you, in person, to the people doing the work.

It's easy to think this business runs on proposals and pipeline. It doesn't. It runs on crews in the field, keeping every property sharp, day after day, in the heat, so the rest of us can do our part.

Super Break is our way of closing that gap and saying what's true. We couldn't do this without our teams.

Thank you to every crew that makes Peak Landscape what it is.

"We'll take a look."

Three words that have ended more property conversations than any others in this industry.

Take a look at what? By who? When? And then what?

Here is what a property manager is actually dealing with when they raise an issue on a commercial site.

The complaint comes in from a tenant. It gets forwarded to the contractor. Somewhere in a truck, someone hears about it secondhand. Maybe it gets fixed. Maybe it gets looked at and quietly dismissed. Maybe it goes nowhere at all.

So the manager ends up doing the work themselves. Driving the site. Taking their own photos. Keeping their own list. Chasing quotes one problem at a time, while the budget conversation with ownership gets harder every year because nobody can say what the property actually needs.

That is the job we kept watching people do. So we built something to take it off their plate.

It is called Peak Audit Pro.

Our team walks your entire property, top to bottom. Every issue gets documented the same way: a photo, a location, a condition rating, a recommendation, and a cost. You get one written plan for the whole site. Priorities. Timelines. Real numbers you can take to ownership.

Not a bid for one dying hedge. A plan for the property.

Now here is the part that surprises people.

You do not have to be a maintenance client to get one.

We will audit your property whether we hold the maintenance contract or someone else does.

We believe the conversation should be about how to solve the problem, not kick the can down the road.

We built Peak Audit Pro because the industry has an information problem, and somebody had to solve it.

Overwatering doesn't save you anything. It costs you.

Puddles on resident patios in July. Drainage failures. Plants sitting in soaked roots that never recover.

Most companies water on a timer and walk away. We manage water by zone, remotely, in real time, adjusting for sun, shade, and what each plant actually needs.

Dialed-in irrigation isn't a nice-to-have. It's the difference between a property that thrives and one that fights the same problems every season.
