Here's a progress update on this awesome Garage addition we have been working on in North Plains.

The framing and shear walls have all been completed, the posts and beams for the roof cover were all set and secured, and now the custom made trusses for the gable cover are in place and fastened. We used stained T&G for the interior of the gable cover roof, giving it a warm look and feel.

Here's some progress photos for the 740 SF Garage addition we are currently working on in North Plains. If you haven't seen our previous post, this project will also have a large deck spanning the entire roof of the Garage, with a Gable-style T&G patio cover above for year-round outdoor entertainment. New project just started!

This job will be a fully finished 740 SF Garage addition with a Dry Deck above, and a Timber Frame Cover over the deck that doubles as a roof for the new structure. This will create an awesome hang out spot, allowing beautiful views of the property, and a perfect spot for summer barbecues & entertainment.

New Deck on the way!

Here's some progress photos of the deck project we are currently working on. This deck will be a dry-deck, which has a waterproof membrane between the framing and decking, creating a dry cover for the bar area and entry below.

This deck will be finished with TimberTech Boardwalk decking & fascia, and Black Trex Railing. We will post more photos when this project has been completed!

This Custom Patio Cover was designed to be a perfect outdoor entertainment space for the entire family to enjoy. It has an outdoor kitchen with a barbecue, fridge, and dry-storage, the perfect cooking area to bbq any season.

It also has a fan/light combo, canned lights, and skylights, allowing them to choose between lights or natural lighting, giving the client the best of both worlds, depending on what the day brings.

We always love a good challenge, and this deck was definitely one of the more creative and intricate designs we've taken...

We always love a good challenge, and this deck was definitely one of the more creative and intricate designs we've taken on in the past. This Custom Azek Deck was built with the utmost care and attention to detail.

It has a herringbone pattern on the section coming off of the house, and has a white breaker board, leading over to the main portion of the deck. The weaved nautical star was a fun addition, and creates a beautiful contrast with the white picture framing around the edges of the deck.
