What we have here is a clean, dry, and healthy basement ready for the next phase.
We completed waterproofing throughout the basement, applying waterproofing material to all exterior foundation walls to help protect against moisture intrusion. We also leveled the floor to create a solid, even surface.
With the waterproofing and floor preparation complete, we’re ready to move into the framing stage. Stay tuned as we turn this basement into a fully finished living space.
