Cabin kitchen transformation!

This little summer house in Hillsboro had a kitchen full of mismatched cabinets that had been installed over the years by a previous owner. The new owners decided it was time for a new kitchen! Before the cabinets could go in, 3 of the walls were stripped down to the studs so that they could be reinsulated, a new window could be framed into a slightly different location, new electrical could be run for outlets and under cabinet lighting, and new sheetrock could be installed.

I’ve been doing the finish work in this house in my neighborhood in various phases. Most recently I installed vmatch on this gable wall and trimmed the door and windows, and also trimmed around the stone veneer.
