Morning Monday! We’re back in Coldwater Township working on a new pavilion. We’re just doing the framing on this project subcontracting to Brussee/Brady Inc. This is the second time we’ve been at this location for a Brussee/Brady Inc. project. Last year we framed an addition on the Township Hall. We’ve had a great working relationship with them that started 10 years ago when we framed the new building for Hillsdale County Central Dispatch. It’s always nice to be back working with a good customer!

It’s Finally Friday and we’re finally done! We finished the “KG” house this morning!!! It’s been a long challenging process with multiple changes along the way and many scheduling conflicts but we managed to finally get it finished up. I can’t say enough about the crew and the long hours they put in. After framing during the day, they would come to the this project and do finish work into the late evening hours. Thank you guys! Also, thank you to Jonesville Lumber for quality supplies and outstanding service as usual! I know the homeowners are anxious to get moved in and they get to start that process this weekend. Hopefully they have many years of enjoyment making memories in their new home! Welcome home!!!

It’s Finally Friday! We’re happy this busy week is over. The guys finished up all the interior walls on the cottage at the shooting range and trusses will be going up on Monday! To cap off our busy week we were able to send the crew over to Jonesville Lumber for Customer Appreciation Day. It’s a great time to meet with suppliers and vendors. They bring the latest tools, materials, and techniques to make our jobs more efficient and of better quality. We get to spend time visiting with other contractors and community members. The lunch provided is always top notch and the taco bar today did not disappoint. We can’t say enough about the staff at Jonesville Lumber. The Jonesville Lumber owners and employees are willing and ready to answer any questions and help with any projects. Their service is phenomenal. From the top to the bottom they are a great group and we’re proud to do business with them on so many projects! If you’re looking for a great lumber yard, look no further than Jonesville Lumber!

It’s Finally Friday! We’re swamped with new builds but we still work in small jobs when possible. We have a longtime customer that had a pool installed this summer. The company left a pile of dirt in his yard. He reached out and asked for some help. We were able to squeeze in a little dirt work by hauling the pile away and leveling his yard for him. Yes…we can help you out with trucking dirt, mulch, stone, millings, etc. and spreading or leveling products. Just reach out!
