DONJON AWARDED $6 MILLION IMTT DREDGING CONTRACT

BAYONNE, NJ — Donjon has started work on a $6,000,000.00 contract it was awarded to perform maintenance dredging and upland disposal of approximately 24,000 cubic yards of dredged material at the International-Matex Tank Terminals (IMTT) facility in Bayonne, New Jersey.

The IMTT Bayonne facility is a critical hub supporting energy and chemical bulk liquid transfers throughout the New York and New Jersey harbor region. The terminal's berths are serviced by the Kill Van Kull channel, which is maintained by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE).

Despite the active dredging and marine construction work, IMTT terminal operations remain fully active, continuing to support bulk liquid shipments and barge transits through the New York and New Jersey harbors without interruption.

DONJON WINS PORT AUTHORITY MULTI-FACILITY $51,424,000 DREDGING CONTRACT

Hillside, NJ — Donjon Marine Co., LLC, headquartered in Hillside, New Jersey, has been named the apparent low bidder for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey's Multi-Facility Maintenance Dredging Contract No. MFP-364.003, with a bid of $51,424,000.00. The two-year, multi-facility contract calls for maintenance dredging services at marine terminals throughout the region.

Donjon will perform maintenance dredging, transportation, and disposal services at Port Newark, Elizabeth Port Authority Marine Terminal, Port Jersey Port Authority Marine Terminal in New Jersey, and Howland Hook Marine Terminal in New York.

The work will be issued and executed via individual work orders over the two-year contract period, allowing the Port Authority to address dredging needs across multiple facilities as they arise.

DONJON AWARDED U.S. NAVY SALVAGE SERVICES CONTRACT VALUED AT UP TO $215 MILLION

Donjon Marine Co., LLC, a leading provider of marine salvage, towing, and heavy-lift services, has been awarded an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract by the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) in response to solicitation N00024-25-R-4306. The contract, managed by the Supervisor of Salvage and Diving (SUPSALV), carries an estimated total ceiling value of $215 million.

Donjon Marine has been continuously awarded the primary NAVSEA SUPSALV contract for salvage services in the Western Hemisphere since 1980.

The contract covers Zone A, which encompasses the North and South Atlantic Ocean, the Gulf of America, the Mediterranean, Black, and Baltic Seas, and the Suez Canal, together with all harbors and navigable waters draining to the coast within these areas — including the Mississippi River and the Great Lakes.

The award positions Donjon as a key commercial partner supporting the U.S. Navy's global salvage, diving, towing, and search-and-recovery capabilities, reinforcing the company's long-standing role in maritime emergency response and ocean engineering services.

About the Contract

Issued by NAVSEA Headquarters in Washington, D.C., the contract covers a broad scope of operational and non-operational services, including:

• Emergency salvage and salvage-related towing
• Harbor clearance
• Heavy-lift operations
• Point-to-point towing
• Ocean engineering support

Under the terms of the contract, Donjon will maintain the capability to perform at least two simultaneous operations across these zones and meet strict response-time requirements for emergency situations, while complying with all applicable cabotage laws in each operational region.
