What a great start to the week! Our guys rocked the demo phase of this 1979 hhp original home this week!!

Our full gut and remodel is underway and we are super excited on the changes we are going to make to bring this property into the new age-

Things have come on leaps and bounds these past 8 weeks with our awesome home addition in Sea Pines!!

Borate treatment and spray foam insulation scheduled for next week with Sheetrock arriving later this week- cabinets all ordered , appliances on site and interior trim all on the way!!

Looking forward to start putting this project back together again!!!

Well it’s been a very busy couple of months with some awesome projects both completed and underway…
Here is a sneak peak at our large deck remodel in sea pines using decking with concealed step clip system. Also a feature wall using Stone veneer which can be cut using a regular chop saw and face nailed which is also moisture impermeable.

Custom Railings were measured yesterday so we can see the finish line and cannot wait to see everything all complete!!!
