A welcoming new entrance, with a purpose behind every change.

This homeowner was dealing with water coming in around the upper window and at the base of the entry near the old concrete landing. We redesigned the space to address those concerns while giving the front entrance a fresh look.

-Added a roof over the entrance for protection from the weather
-Replaced the upper window and front door
-Removed the old concrete landing and installed pavers
-Relocated the downspout away from the entranceway

The result is a beautiful covered entry that feels like it has always belonged with the home.

An outdoor space that feels like a natural extension of home. 🔥

For this project, we added a new AZEK deck with room to dine, relax and entertain, along with a custom outdoor kitchen and gas fireplace.

We also vaulted the ceiling in the existing structure and added new lights, a ceiling fan and a heater for comfort throughout the seasons.

The details bring it all together:
✔️ New patio door beside the privacy wall for convenient access
✔️ Unilock paver patio
✔️ Low voltage lighting
✔️ Stone veneer selected to match the house

From the ceiling overhead to the patio below, every detail helps create one cohesive outdoor living space. We added a few Ai inspired photos with the leaves cleaned up and lights on at night.

Here’s a sneak peek at one of our newest finished outdoor living spaces!

The covered structure was already here, but the space underneath got a complete transformation. We removed the existing stamped concrete patio and replaced it with an AZEK deck, adding custom features for cooking, relaxing, and entertaining.

▪️ Privacy wall for a more secluded setting
▪️ Custom benches with granite tops and stone veneer
