Got called out for a leak in the ceiling, and found a large section of old cast iron drain pipe cracked.

Finding it was the challenge,
Found it, replaced it and the customer was happy.

And yes, that picture looking in the pipe ,is what happens when you dump kitchen cooking grease down your sink.
That creates  clogs

We had a customer call us saying they had water early yesterday morning but by late morning no water at all.

After arriving on site, we found twelve inches of water in their basement.

We then determined that it may be a water main break that was flowing the water into their basement.

We set up pumps and hoses, then
contacted the fire department because by this time, it was after regular business hours to get a hold of the town water department.

They ,then called the
-water department
-gas company
-Power company
to safely inspect the utilities and make them safe until the basement was pumped out and safe to enter to repair the problem.

After it was pump out we then made the repairs and restored the water and gas safety ,
In a timely manner.

Here some pictures of a project we worked on with a wet area of grey water in there yard.

After meeting with the town hall building department and Board of health we excavated an area and chased a leak across the yard to the septic tank.

We ended up finding a leaking pipe and small pin hole in the tank that we repaired.

*We pumped out the tank
*Made the repair
*Trucked in 20 tons of
New sand.
*Repaired the yard
