Congratulations to Kingsbury, Inc. on the groundbreaking of their new manufacturing facility in Oshkosh, WI. This new 120,000-square-foot building represents a significant investment in the future of their operations by consolidating two existing locations into one state-of-the-art plant. 👏

The new facility will enhance Kingsbury's manufacturing capabilities, support future business expansion, and create new employment opportunities in the Fox Valley region. The building will include two-story office space, loaded for three 15-ton bridge cranes, a climate-controlled QC lab, a Babbitt room, and will be seeking LEED accreditation.

Bayland Buildings is proud to help bring this vision to life as the Design/Build General Contractor for this project, which is expected to be completed in Spring 2027! 🛠️

Congratulations to Larsen Orchard Apartments LLC on the recent ribbon-cutting ceremony for the new Larsen Orchard Terrace development in the Centennial Centre Business Park in Hobart, WI! 🎉 This impressive four-story apartment complex covers 129,484 square feet and features thoughtfully designed, spacious units, underground parking, a sky deck, a clubroom, and a dedicated fitness center. The finish line is approaching! 👏 Country Villa Assisted Living - Freedom’s new expansion, a two-story Residential Care Apartment Complex spanning 41,448 square feet, is now in the final phases, with interior finishes underway. This addition will feature 38 new residences, improved accessibility with an elevator, a kitchen, and a welcoming bar area where residents can gather and enjoy happy hour together.

August will arrive before we know it, and we are honored to be part of Country Villa’s commitment to serve the Freedom community for many years to come. Watching a project transform from a concept to a fully realized building is an incredible journey that nearly every builder will agree is rewarding. Being part of this industry is a truly fulfilling experience. 🛠️

This past weekend, Bayland had the privilege of participating in the 920 Cars & Coffee event at Woodfield Court Motor Condos in Suamico, WI. It was a fantastic experience, as it always is. This family-friendly event is open to the community and features a walk-through car show, along with the chance to explore the beautifully designed condos (or "man caves") while enjoying complimentary coffee.

The next event will take place on Saturday, July 11th. Don't miss out— we will be there!

We are excited to share the latest progress on our current project with Drake Dairy at their Highland Facility! The Bayland team is hard at work expanding their operations to meet the needs of a growing herd. 🐄 👏

We are currently transforming their existing double 12 parlor into a high-capacity double 36 parallel BouMatic milking system by adding a new double 24 expansion. Our concrete crew is making headway on the interlocking form-filled walls, while infrastructure installation for the milking equipment is already underway.

Beyond the parlor, the footprint of the future is taking shape. Groundwork is officially in progress for a new 256’ x 492’, 12-row, 1,000-cow tunnel-ventilated freestall barn. We will also be expanding the existing holding area and constructing a new breezeway to ensure seamless connectivity between the new and existing facilities. 🚜

It’s an exciting time for the Drake Dairy team, and we are honored to be their partner in building these facility upgrades. Stay tuned for more updates as this project continues to take shape! 🛠️
