Exciting updates on the construction site of the Greenleaf Volunteer Fire Department! 👏 The 11,895-square-foot expansion is designed to give the department more room to operate, with new apparatus bays, expanded storage and operational space, and dedicated areas for training, administration, and collaboration. In 2025, Bayland Buildings completed an 11,750-square-foot machine shop addition for D&S Machine Service, Inc. in Luxemburg, WI. 🎉 This new space was designed to support the company’s growing operations, featuring two 20-ton bridge cranes, two 10-ton bridge cranes, a compactor, and a dedicated maintenance building. Bayland is proud to have been the chosen Design/Build General Contractor, bringing the vision for this expansion into a finished space built for what’s ahead. 👏

TMS Financial is embarking on an exciting new chapter in Ashwaubenon, WI! 👏

To celebrate this milestone, our team joined TMS Financial for the ceremonial first swing, officially kicking off construction on the 5,700-square-foot interior office remodel.

The renovation will include new offices, conference rooms, a reception desk, client waiting area, and shared workspaces. We’re looking forward to watching this transformation take shape, with completion anticipated in Fall 2026!

Bayland Buildings is proud to be the Design/Build General Contractor for this project and looks forward to seeing the finished space come to life! 🛠️

We’re excited to share the latest progress on our project with Drake Dairy at their Highland Facility! The Bayland team is hard at work expanding their operations to support the needs of a growing herd. 🐄

This expansion is transforming their existing double 12 parlor into a high-capacity double 36 parallel BouMatic milking system with the addition of a new double 24 expansion. We’re excited to report that the parlor is now fully enclosed, and infrastructure installation for the new milking equipment is well underway! 🚜

Meanwhile, the footprint of their new 256’ x 492’, 12-row, 1,000-cow tunnel-ventilated freestall barn continues to take shape. Foundation walls are now complete, and litter alleys are currently being poured. The project also includes an expanded holding area and a new breezeway to provide seamless connectivity between the new and existing facilities.

It’s an exciting time for the Drake Dairy team, and we’re honored to partner with them on these facility upgrades. We look forward to sharing more progress as this project continues to take shape! 🛠️

There’s more to look forward to at the Plamann Park Children’s Farm! 👏

Outagamie County Parks has officially broken ground on a new playground and 1,360-square-foot timber-framed pavilion in Appleton, WI. Designed to add both fun and function to the park, the project will bring a new place for kids to play, along with covered outdoor seating, public restrooms, and space for private parties and gatherings. We’re excited to be part of what’s next for the Plamann Park Children's Farm and look forward to sharing updates along the way. Construction will begin soon, and we anticipate completion in Spring 2027! 🛠️
