- Process vendor invoices and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
- Match invoices with purchase orders and verify pricing, quantities, and terms.
- Ensure timely payments to vendors while maximizing discounts and minimizing late fees.
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Generate customer invoices and statements accurately and in a timely manner.
