Are you a strong communicator with excellent multitasking skills? We’re looking for a CSR Dispatcher to coordinate service calls, assist customers, and support our field technicians. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy problem-solving, this could be the perfect fit for you!
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
✅ Answer incoming calls and assist customers with inquiries & scheduling
✅ Dispatch service technicians efficiently while prioritizing urgent jobs
✅ Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions
✅ Communicate job details and updates between customers and technicians
✅ Monitor job progress and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Assist with basic administrative tasks and data entry as needed
✅ Provide excellent customer service and ensure smooth daily operations
Requirements:
✔️ Strong verbal & written communication skills
✔️ Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure
✔️ Basic computer skills and experience with scheduling software
✔️ Customer service or dispatch experience preferred
✔️ Self-motivated with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
✔️ Pass a drug test (NO TOLERANCE, INCLUDING MA*****NA)
Job Details:
💼 Job Type: Full-Time (40+ hours/week)
💰 Starting Pay: $19.00+/hr (based on experience & performance)
