🧱 Hardscape Restoration Laborer Needed – $20/hr Starting Pay

Looking for a motivated individual to join our Hardscape Restoration team! We specialize in cleaning, sealing, and restoring paver driveways, patios, and pool decks.

Requirements:
• Strong work ethic and reliable transportation
• Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience with pressure washing, painting, or sealing surfaces

Details:
• Starting pay: $20/hr (with potential for raises based on performance)
• Full-time, year-round work available
• On-the-job training provided

Let’s talk about Calcite/Efflorescence! ☑️

When your hardscape starts to develop a white cloudy appearance like you see in these photos, that is called Calcite also known as Efflorescence.

This phenomenon occurs when water-soluble salts, including calcium carbonate, migrate to the surface of the paver and react with carbon dioxide in the air, forming a white deposit.
