Performed a remodel 🔧 here and just did finish work on Sunday… got a call ☎️ saying there’s a leak 💧 on the 1st floor units ceiling.. For the toilet, all we did was install a new toilet 🚽 we didn’t move the drain or water 💧… GC asked me if I installed a new wax ring 💍 lol 😂 🤦‍♂️ …. Anyway cut the ceiling on the 1st floor and used blue dye to pinpoint the leak 💧… Found outside 3” pvctoilet fl**ge had a bad glue joint… Installed new inside 3” pvc fl**ge, new wax ring, reset toilet 🚽 and tested… If you ain’t testing you’re guessing… ☀️ 🏝️ 💧 🚽 🪠

Converted shower 🚿 to tub 🛁 9th floor condo… Had to core hole 🕳️ an 8” hole 🕳️ ran into a couple problems along the way… X Ray company forgot to mention there was electrical ⚡️ conduit in the slab and we drilled right through fire 🔥 alarm 🚨 speaker wire ⚡️…. Anyway it got fixed we converted the shower 🚿 to a tub 🛁…. Tub 🛁 is in a tested… 🏝️ ☀️ 🍀 💧 🚿 🛁
