Just finishing up another project in Barrington client requested to redo their living room. We installed all new can lights to better accent the areas built a bar area with custom walnut countertop and floating shelves updated their fireplace with a new doors and built a Walnut mantle with walnut surround. Having custom-made tiles made for the back of the accent of the fireplace mantle area. Installed herringbone pattern tile in entryway to living room and repainted the rooms

Basement remodel in Hoffman Estates the client had water coming into the basement. All walls were removed as well as the ceiling and existing electrical on walls and ceiling. We rebuilt all the walls and window windows . All cracks were filled in foundation added can lights and new electrical new flooring and ceiling was painted black to make the low ceiling height feel taller

We did a Kitchen and Bath Remodel for this client in Hoffman Estates. Great people to work with we remove the wall in the kitchen to make a large floor plan and installed flooring cabinets and countertops. We also made their bathroom in the basement a lot larger and utilize the space we had and install new LVP flooring in the basement

Bathroom Remodel, I had done the neighbors house and removed the odd layout that was originally built by the developer and made a proper large master bathroom. So we knew how to make the bathroom work like the neighbors home. There was a lot to move around in the walls Large shower area plenty of room to move around as always thank you to my clients who are amazing.

This basement was bare concrete when I first came into the job we framed and brought in all the electrical and plumbing. Installed a wet bar with a full bathroom behind it added one bedroom brought in all new circuits and updated electrical panel box to supply for the 1800 square-foot basement Sprayed the ceiling in black to give the loft feeling and installed LVP flooring. Was a great project and everything is ready for the family and the kids to enjoy. Thank you to my clients as always for hiring me and my crew

Lots of bathroom remodels this year they are always fun projects. Here are some before and after photos. We redesigned the shower area to have a large master shower And eliminate the unused tub The space had an odd layout and a semi dangerous step out of the shower. So we installed a curb less zero lip shower area with Quartz bench Niche with Natural stone floor and rustic Spanish tiles that have five different color variations. Added more storage space in a more functional vanity. Also in the back corner we created a nook that we are making custom shelving for. Space was Maximized to fit clients wants and needs.

Bathroom remodel As usual everything was removed the create a new bathroom.We changed one of the extra bathrooms into a shower stall And moved all the plumbing to add a small linen cabinet in the bathroom for storage.Another great bathroom completed Clients were amazing to work with during the whole process I am happy to achieve what they were looking for.
