Day 4 of snow removal In RI. Tonight we sent some equipment over to the New England Institute of technology to clear out one of their parking lot for staff and student parking. Spent about six hours clearing curb to curb. After that we went down to the Stop & Shop on Frenchtown rd to clear all their handicap spaces and push back the main entry. All in all a quick 14hr night. Another great job!

Day 3 was a little more tame. ATL teamed up with Tyler Maraglia and M&T Landscaping to open up the Fairfield inn in South Kingstown. Due to a reservation of 90+ they need the lot cleared ASAP. After 9hrs and 2 machines, we had them opened up at 100% capacity. unfortunately, we didn’t finish untill well after dark….finish pictures werent great.

Completed this project start-finish this part week. Customers deck/porch was failing due to lack of proper supports. We jacked up the roof, added temporary supports, dug new footings and installed new 6x6 support columns. Once the porch roof was properly supported, we added all new Pt framing and finished it off with new PT deck boards. Start to finish 3 days. The customer is THRILLED with the finished result and the time frame in which it was completed because the house goes on the market soon.
We can’t thank our crew enough for busting their butts on this one!!!

Two more bathrooms that we completed. The first few pictures area from a job in Sutton. We removed an existing insert/ reframed the area to give the closet more space and installed a new insert and fixtures. The second on was a TOTAL gut in Holden. We removed the stand up shower unit and bathtub (2 separate units). We converted the tub space to a stand up shower with custom tile work/ new fixated and a sliding glass door. We added the stand up shower space to the bathroom floor plan to add SQFT space. We then custom framed a new closet area / tiled the floors and installed all new fixtures and a new vanity. All while being the only bathroom for the family. Both were fun projects and Both homeowners are a in love with their new space!!!!
