Think of it like a routine check-up… your home needs one too!

At first, it looked like this barn might be beyond repair…

When we arrived in Florence, MA, the substructure had completely collapsed, there were holes in the roof, and many of the beams and sills were rotted out.

But after taking a closer look, both our team and the owner agreed - it was worth saving.

Now we’re moving full speed ahead, rebuilding the substructure, replacing the floorboards, and adding new siding and windows. Everything that was damaged is being restored true to its original form, including new oak beams that were just delivered from Canadian Tree in Ware, MA.

Stay tuned - more updates coming soon!

Once one project kicks off, another isn’t far behind - and most of the time, we’re working multiple projects at once with our 3 crews.

Before we get started on any job, we always do a full walkthrough to spot both visible and hidden issues early. It helps us plan the right approach from day one.

We love working with homeowners like Kerry who truly care about the details and appreciate the history behind their home - that’s what drives everything we do.

If you’ve got a structural restoration project that’s been put off, now’s the time to take a closer look before it turns into a bigger issue. Give us a call at 508-735-9900 to get started.
