Another functional and beautiful Deck and Step system on Lake Michigan. The post support system is comprised of galvanized micro piles and criss bracing, pressure treated subframe, composite decking and UltraLox aluminum railing. The bottom section is an aluminum beach steps designed to handle Lake Michigan waves if the lake levels were to rise again

Out with the old and in with the new. 5 larger pieces out and 6 newer pieces in. Thanks to Bob Richardson at McCann Equipment we have traded in the balance of our older and larger equipment. The new downsized Case equipment sizes best fit our current needs to meet market demands along the Lake Michigan shoreline and inland lakes/rivers, critical dunes and environmentally sensitive areas.

LandTech still does large rock revetments and large block retaining walls, but as we do more projects on inland lakes, in critical dunes and tight / environmentally sensitive areas, equipment size and weight is key for project access.

We are feeling blessed that we have found our new long term home for LandTech. Our office and warehouse is now under one roof in a great north side holland location with all season roads.

1. Carpenters- decks and step systems, pergolas, sheds etc
2. Landscape and Turf Irrigation crew leader and installers
3. Specialty Concrete installers. Flat work, retaining walls, steps and planters etc
