Here’s a 12x20 deck tear down and rebuild I completed today!

I used standard pressure treating decking, with a black powder coated aluminum railing. This is the perfect middle ground for customers wanting a nice deck without maxing out the budget.

I upgraded the framing to 2x12s, used 6x6 posts, a double 2x12 beam, and made the stairs 5’ wide. The deck is the same layout, but looks and feels more substantial.

I may have time to squeeze one more deck in this season, reach out for a consultation!

Good progress this week getting the old deck torn out and this one framed! I should be able to wrap up framing Monday, and starting decking on Tuesday.

Finished up this full kitchen remodel! Scroll through to see the before and afters.

We kept the layout mostly the same but completely updated the look with new cabinets to the ceiling, countertops, backsplash, appliances, lighting, and all the finishing details.

It’s crazy how much brighter and bigger the same space can feel with the right updates. Really happy with how this one came together.

I used Deckorators Summit Cliffside on this project. It is a mineral based composite material. It is very rigid and stays flat, while some other composites tend to cup and warp.

It was my first time using Deckorators material, and I will definitely be using it again in the future!

Just wrapped up one of two deck remodels on this property. The original deck was at grade, which rotted all of the framing from constant moisture. I went larger with the new deck and attached it to the garage foundation, and ran it out to a beam a few feet off the ground. This allows a larger deck, plus it keeps the main framing off of the ground allowing airflow below it, and a longer lasting deck.

I picture framed the perimeter, widened the entry into the garage, and widened the stairs to make it more comfortable for the future.
