It’s all coming together! Our team is still hard at work in Hudsonville at Sun Chase Suites, building out J’Amour Nail Salon, which joins the new UPS Store and Ziggi’s Coffee as part of this growing development. When this project wraps up, it’ll be an even more beautiful space for pampering, relaxation, and self-care, right alongside a great mix of new businesses coming to Hudsonville. Stay tuned… The finished product is going to be worth the wait.

Big things are ahead for Ortho Station! This specialty orthodontic practice, located on 3 Mile Road in Walker, is moving into a new home right across the street. Ortho Station’s team recently gathered with us to celebrate breaking ground on the project, marking the official start of construction on their new space. We can’t wait to bring this vision to life.

From first renderings to a finished build, Friendship Animal Hospital is now open and serving all our furry friends. This project was design-built by us in collaboration with the practice owner, ensuring every detail reflects how the practice operates and what their patients need most. That kind of hands-on partnership creates an environment where pets (and their humans) will feel even more comfortable from the moment they walk in.

Scott joined the T2 team in 2021 as a Project Manager, bringing a background in product development, manufacturing, and supply chain to the role.

Scott's days look a little different every time. He spends his time on-the-go between job sites, customer meetings and subcontractor coordination, making sure every detail is accounted for and every project is moving in the right direction. From reviewing drawings to meeting with clients and keeping everyone on the same page, his goal is to make sure every job gets done on time and gets done well.

He takes pride in being a West Michigan native and getting to play a role in shaping the community he calls home. His favorite project so far has been a downtown Holland mixed-use building just blocks from his alma mater, Hope College.

"We take pride in doing our job very well, so that when a building is finished here in West Michigan, we’re proud of it becoming part of the community for future generations," said Scott.

When he is not on the job, Scott enjoys spending time with his wife and two kids. They enjoy time outside camping and heading to the beach. In his free time, Scott is also a passionate musician and drummer of 25 years. From indie rock and Americana to classic rock, music has been a big part of his life. He currently plays for his church’s band.

Thank you, Scott, for your hard work helping to build spaces that West Michigan will be proud of for generations to come!

Something exciting is coming to Northland Drive! We are officially getting started on the Edison Animal Hospital build-out. Our team is working on drywall demolition, before we move on to the removal of the flooring. We are excited to transform the existing structure into a safe space for the community’s pets to get quality care. More updates to come!

Here’s a behind-the-scenes view of our build-out for Precision Dentistry in Grand Rapids. Though we’re still in the early stages of construction, the finished look is going to be something special: A retro-inspired space that’s designed to stand out from the moment you walk in.
