We just finished piping the rough portion for this new addition with 2 new bathrooms. Rough piping is filled and tested ✅, Vents are through the roof ✅, bathtub filled and tested ✅, most importantly rough inspection signed off and passed ✅. On to the next.

Last week’s swap out after the blizzard. Here we had a leaking Vaughn indirect water heater off a boiler that we changed out with a new HTP Indirect EVO 45 gallon water heater. Looks all new and shiny and the clients were thrilled to get hot water back. 😄

Here we have a client who accidentally left their garage door open over the weekend when we had winds chills below 0 degrees. Unfortunately the main water supply is exposed in the garage with no heat. We are using our pipe thawing machine and were able to thaw out the main water supply but there were multiple bursts , we had to call the town out to change out the house meter. Luckily we were able to isolate the breaks and get the water back on for our clients. On to the next!

Watch until the end‼️ It is very important in these cold temperatures to make sure that your heat is working properly. If you plan to go away on vacation make sure you can have someone check your home. Yes these clients did leave the tub running which does help with freezing pipes but that doesn’t stop drains from freezing with no heat. The heat went out and the whole house froze up including all fixtures. Most of the hot water radiators cracked as well. Stay warm and stay safe

Plumbing emergency 🚨 ‼️🚨, This primary bathroom shower control was leaking every time the homeowners went to take a shower. The water was leaking behind the finished trim plate and cause damage on multiple floor levels. Remember water is only supposed to come out of the shower heads and body sprays for this one and the NOT the handles….. otherwise there may be a problem.
