Getting the exterior walls framed out and braced preparing for the sheathing and then it’s on to the interior bearing walls to prepare for the 2x10 rafters for the vaulted ceiling

Here is the before and after of the full home gut, and rebuild plus a 1400 sqft addition that I did with the help of just two other people. This was a massive undertaking but we were able to complete it in 5 months! The only things we contracted out were the sheetrock, tile work, carpet, foundation, and roof replacement. All in all, very proud of the work we were able to accomplish in such a short period of time!
