POOL FREEZE WARNING and INSTRUCTIONS ❄️

We have been reached out to a few times this week so we are posting this for all of our customers or anyone else to see.

We are expecting a long period of cold temps for this area in the next few days. All pools installed by us should have freeze protection up and running. CONFIRM this. Make sure you pool equipment is running tonight and if it is not call us so we can fix the issue before a bigger issue happens. As long as your equipment is running this is the best battle against the temps.

If you have any water features such as waterfalls/bubblers make sure they are running as well. Moving water is the key during these temps so we want all functions operating. Some may not be set on automation so confirm everything is running.

If you have any questions at all call us any time.

As for blankets and insulating your pipes that we are getting asked about. This is never a bad idea and we won’t ever tell you not to; even though if the system is operating you should not have any issues.

In the event of a power outage or busted frozen pipe the best thing to do is close a valve to that busted pipe if possible and continue operation to protect equipment. If this is not an option turn off all breakers and call us immediately.
