Greener Pastures Professional Lawn Care Jaron Holmes is a former golf course superintendent with 20+ years of experience specializing in turf maintenance.

Originally from Michigan, Jaron moved to North Carolina in 2001 to pursue his career in the golf industry and be closer to his (now) wife Courtney. He started out in the cart barn and moved his way into the golf shop as a teaching professional fairly quickly. However, after marriage and the birth of their first child, he soon realized that this did not allow him the time he desired to spend with h

is new family and also wasn’t feeding his love of the outdoors. He then decided to move to outside maintenance and again quickly moved his way into the Superintendent position at Eagle Ridge Golf Course in Garner, NC. As Superintendent Jaron was in charge of the maintenance of 120+ acres of golf course including several types of grasses cut to different heights such as Fescue, Bermuda and Zoysia. Jaron has a special eye for detail and works to serve his customers as family. He loves Jesus and values long term relationships with others. Jaron served in the military, is an avid hunter and loves fishing and enjoying all things nature with his family. He lives in Holly Springs with his wife Courtney, son JD, and daughter Ally.
