This is by far one of my favorite projects so far. It started as possible repair and turned into lots of imagination and trust from the customer. They wanted floating offset steps and not so much of a hill.
On the side of the house we took out the existing sidewalk and replaced with new aling with a french drain to divert the water from getting into the crawl space.

Last but not least we tore out the existing drive and poured a new one. Sorry no before picture of that.

Hey y'all. I live here in autumn park and will be running powerwash special for all residents. I will powerwash your house for $125 cash. If you need to use a card I will do it for $140. Paypal and venmo are also acceptable at no additional charge.

I also do bathroom and kitchen remodels. Built in units too!!! Small Electrical and plumbing.
