First one in the books 👏
KRP Concrete teamed up with Wright Grade & Excavation for their first job together Sunday — and they definitely didn’t start small. 😂

Old concrete out and a whole lot of dirt moved to make way for an addition with a michigan basement.

Safe to say Kalvin and Jimmy make a pretty good team. 💪

Apparently the “deal with it later” list exists at our house too. 😂🌳

This small tree was taking up space on our own property, so we finally crossed it off the list.

Kalvin cut the tree down, then used the skid steer to pull out the stump and root ball—because cutting it down is only half the job when you’re still left working around what’s underneath.

One less obstacle at our place and another KRP Property Services project complete. 💪

Plenty of backyard—but nowhere you actually want to sit. 👀

That was the problem here.

We cleared the existing trees and landscaping, built new concrete stairs, and poured a patio that gave this Grand Blanc home a clean, usable outdoor space right outside the back door.

Now there’s room for the table, the grill and the people who make a backyard worth having. 🏡

This week, KRP poured multiple new sidewalk sections as part of a commercial concrete project. This video was taken before final cleanup, but it shows the size of the pour and the freshly finished sections.

We started this one by clearing out the existing trees and landscaping to completely open up the space and get it ready for what’s coming next.

The new concrete stairs are in, and today we’re back to knock out the flatwork. 👊🏼

👍 FROM WOOD PORCH TO CONCRETE — LITTLE BOSS APPROVED.

A new entrance can make a BIG difference. 👀

For this condo project, we removed the existing wood porch and steps, prepped everything from the ground up, and poured a brand-new concrete porch and steps.

No more aging wood — just a solid, low-maintenance entrance and a completely different look.

And apparently Kalvin Jr. approves of Dad’s work. 😂👍
