A straight walkway would have worked. BUT this home deserved something better. 👌

Creating smooth, flowing curves that complement a home takes time, planning, and attention to detail.

Today we began laying out forms and preparing the base for a custom exposed aggregate walkway that will connect the front driveway to the back deck, creating a natural flow through the property while adding both function and curb appeal. 🏡

Every curve was carefully planned to follow the landscape and feel like it was always meant to be there.

The finished concrete gets the attention.

The details behind it are what make it stand out. 💯

The last couple weeks definitely tested us.

Between unexpected truck issues, rain delays, schedule adjustments, and trying to keep projects moving… it’s been a stressful stretch behind the scenes.

But yesterday was a big win for KRP Concrete ✔️

We officially secured another truck and are back rolling with no more delays 👏

Small businesses get tested constantly — but you keep pushing forward, figure it out, and keep showing up for your customers.

Huge thank you to everyone who’s been patient, supportive, referred us, shared our posts, and continued trusting us through the chaos. We truly appreciate it.

The schedule is officially recovering and we’re pushing hard heading into summer 💪

Now it’s time to get back to work.

We thought this was a normal patio tear out… until we started breaking into it 👀

Turns out this patio was nearly 2 FEET thick 😅💥

Good thing we had the breaker ready to go.

Projects like this are exactly why having the right equipment matters — because once demolition starts, you never truly know what’s underneath until you get into it.

Started this patio tear out in Holly this week for a repeat customer and we’re excited to get this one transformed 👏

Concrete is SUPPOSED to crack… 👀

The difference is whether it cracks randomly —
or is controlled correctly from the start.

That’s why we saw cut control joints after pouring.

Before cutting, we snap chalk lines to make sure every cut stays straight, clean, and consistent across the slab ✔️

It’s one of the small details most people never notice…
but details matter when concrete is done right.

The truck frame snapped unexpectedly.

But one thing about KRP — we still show up.

We found a way, made it to work today, and tomorrow’s jobs still matter 👊
