Role and Responsibilities
-Install, replace, and repair plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial and residential structures
-Cut, weld, replace, and assemble pipes including PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper
-Identify clogs within drainage/ sewer systems and utilize appropriate tools/ equipment and techniques to clear clogs in single-family homes, MDU’s and commercial retail structures
-Perform tasks utilizing hand and power tools used in the plumbing trade
-Diagnose plumbing issues to prepare and provide estimates to clients in residential, MDU, and commercial retail structures
-Perform general preventative maintenance on plumbing related equipment assigned to vehicles
-Respond to plumbing service requests within Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties
-Be available to participate in plumber’s on-call after-hours rotation schedule
-Maintain an organized vehicle, and worksite
-Abide to all company’s policies and procedures
Technical Knowledge & Experience Required:
Plumber I ($24-$26/ Hr):
-2+ years of experience performing service repair plumbing in residential single-family homes
-Demonstrated ability to efficiently install, replace and repair toilets, sinks fixtures, supply lines, garbage disposals, pipes, etc. in residential single family home structures
-2+ years of experience identifying clogs within drainage/ sewer system and utilizing appropriate tools/ equipment and techniques to clear clogs in single-family homes
Plumber II ($26-$28/ Hr)
-4+ years of experience performing service repair plumbing in residential single-family homes
-2+ years of experience performing plumbing service and installation in MDU properties (condominiums, apartments, etc.)
-2+ years of experience installing electric water heaters and tankless water heaters in residential single-family homes
-4+ years of experience identifying clogs within drainage/ sewer systems and utilizing appropriate tools/ equipment and techniques
to clear clogs in single-family homes and MDU structures
Plumber III ($28-$30/ Hr)
-4+ years of experience performing plumbing service repairs and pipe repairs/ replacement in single-family homes, MDUs, and commercial retail properties.
-2+ years of hydro Jetting experience at commercial retail, MDUs, and restaurants drainage systems including grease traps and sewage drain lines utilizing trailer/ truck mounted jetting equipment
-3+ years of experience installing/ servicing electric and gas water heaters, tankless water heaters in residential single-family homes and residential MDU properties
-2+ years of experience installing and repairing commercial fixtures including sinks, urinals, toilets, etc. in commercial retail structure including restaurants
-4+ years of experience identifying clogs within drainage/ sewer systems and utilizing appropriate tools/ equipment and techniques to clear clogs in single-family homes, MDUs, and commercials retail properties
Plumber IV ($30-$34/ Hr)
-6+ years of experience performing plumbing service repairs, pipe repairs/ replacement in residential single-family homes, MDUs, and commercial retail properties including restaurants
-4+ years of hydro Jetting experience at commercial retail, MDUs, and restaurants drainage systems including grease traps and sewage drainage systems utilizing trailer/ truck mounted jetting equipment
-2+ years of experience installing and repairing lift station systems
-4+ years of experience installing and repairing commercial fixtures including sinks, urinals, toilets, etc. in commercial retail structures including restaurants
-4+ years of experience reading plumbing blueprints/ schematics to provide estimates for new installations, pipe repairs, and pipe re-routes of existing plumbing systems.
-4+ years of experience of leading commercial plumbing projects including supervising crews, sourcing material, maintaining cost controls of projects, and communicating with clients
Qualifications and Education Requirements
-Must have hand tools (drill, saw jaw, wrenches, torch, etc.)
-High School Diploma or GED certificate
-Valid Florida Driver license with acceptable driving record
-Knowledge of plumbing repairs, maintenance, and installation techniques
