Over 3 years ago I installed a mini split a/c for a client of mine. They converted their attached garage, to an office. It was never cleaned and her nephew used to stay in there, hot boxing. She wanted it replaced. After I installed the new unit. I showed her how to clean it and how often, as well.

My client asked me to look at a bakery’s exhaust ventilation system. The switch was bad. The splice boxes where letting in water as well. I replaced all affected boxes and conduit that was bad. New switches with weather proof covers. The motor was replaced by another company. I had to wire it up to the correct voltage and direction of spin. The vent fan was so rusted, I had to spray WD-40 to get it moving by the motor. New wiring as well.

After a lot of hard work. I got this project completed. I had to put studs on the concrete wall, so I have space to run whatever wiring needed and to conceal them. I also used a piece of wood paneling, to conceal the wiring where the open area is at on the tv console.
Other than mounting the wood paneling and stone panels, I had to think about how I'm going to run all the power cords, hami cords, and tv lights, without any of the cords being visible. I also had to program the tv lights, Sonos, and more! Contact me if you want something like this in your home!

I mounted a 86” LG TV with soundbar. I used the flattest mount I’ve ever used. The TV lays flat to the wall. I have to perfectly measure mark and cut holes and outlets. I also mounted the bedroom TV on a full motion mount.

At this home I mounted 2 TVs and replaced a light fixture, removed one light fixture for my client. There will be more to come as they upgrade the sizes of their TVs latter and have more work done around the home.
