It was a privilege to work on the Tucker-Ivey home’s new gutter system, contributing to the preservation of one of Kissimmee’s most storied landmarks. Tackling a project of this scale meant honoring the 1915 Classical Revival architecture while implementing a high-capacity gutter system capable of protecting over 13,000 square feet of historic structure.
From the massive wrap-around porches to the intricate rooflines, every detail was handled with precision to ensure the new system blends seamlessly with the mansion's grand aesthetic.
It’s rewarding to know that this work will help shield the estate from the Florida elements as it begins its new chapter as the heart of the Ivey Reserve community. We are grateful!
