The foundation doesn’t begin with concrete.
It begins with precision.

At this stage, everything is about accuracy —
proper excavation, correct elevations, clean lines, and solid formwork.

Forms define the geometry of the foundation and grade beams.
Excavation sets the depth, alignment, and bearing conditions.

If this step is rushed or done wrong, no amount of concrete or steel will fix it later.
That’s why we treat this phase with the same discipline as the final build.
