Byrd Homes are known for their custom wood, stone and brick work—and curvilinear design elements. Robert Byrd was a home designer and builder (1904-1978). His son, Gary Byrd, was also a home designer and builder (1939-2008). Most of their homes were built in Southern California, with many located in the Hollywood Hills.
