There’s no such thing as “just a half bath” in a luxury home.

If we’re renovating your house, every room gets the same standard. The powder room gets the same attention to materials, details, and the eye for what’ll still look right in ten years, same as the primary suite would.

The details:

Wood-slatted ceiling

Luxury isn’t something you turn on for the rooms guests expect and off for the ones they don’t. It’s the whole house, or it isn’t luxury.

That stone wall is supposed to be bookmatched.

You take one slab, cut it in two, and flip the second piece like opening a book, so the veining mirrors itself and the two halves read as one continuous pattern. Done right, it looks like the stone grew that way.

This one doesn’t line up. The veins hit the seam and just, stop. Somebody either installed the pieces out of order or didn’t dry-lay them first to check the match.

Most people walk right past it. We can’t. The same eye that catches this across a restaurant is the eye that’s on your slabs before they ever hit the wall, because once it’s set in place, that mistake is permanent.
