The newer made GE water heater are nice they run 5500w making them a true 50 gallon with faster recovery rate than the typical 4500w element units. The only caveat being you need a 30 amp breaker which is typical, standard practice on 4500w units. However 4500w units only require a 25 amp breaker techinally, with some units evening running at the lower 3500w . The standard in todays modern world is your 30 amp double pole breaker for the water heater.

This is the progression on a skirted toilet . The toilets require more labor but the end product is easier to clean. I do not like the plastic design on the fl**ge riser, but people love skirted toilets. Do not use tank full cleaners on these units per . From the outside, these toilets are somewhat more unique, But on the inside is the real difference is.
On the outside, they mount with screws, like approximately set at a forty five degree angle with a bushing, unlike a traditional toilet with the exposed trap. However, these concealed trap toilets allow for easier of cleaning and less grooves on the outside of the toilet. The side mount bolts are hidden with a small white trim piece

The old tub had a tile bench surround, which had been leaking for some time due to a improper installation. The old tub was removed and a new larger tub was put in. this 360 lb cast iron was set with the help of luciano from doxa flooring will be installing the tile and I will return to trim out the new posi temp valve with customers preference of style.
