🌿 Position 1: Landscape Crew Member

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has a valid driver's license
✅ Has a strong work ethic
✅ Is eager to learn and grow
✅ Can handle working outdoors in the Florida heat

No experience? No problem! We'll teach the right person. We're looking for attitude, reliability, and someone who takes pride in their work.

🚜 Position 2: Lawn Maintenance Technician

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys variety and working independently.

We're looking for someone who:
✅ Has **experience** in lawn maintenance
✅ Has a valid driver's license
✅ Can work independently and stay productive
✅ Is adaptable and comfortable with changing tasks throughout the week

You'll be taking over a brand-new lawn maintenance route and helping us grow it. Right now, the route consists of about two days of mowing each week. During the remaining days, you'll assist our other maintenance crews by handling shrub trimming, palm trimming, w**d removal, and other detail work. Until the route is fully established, you may also spend 1–2 days per week assisting our landscaping division.

If you enjoy a role where no two days are exactly the same and like being trusted to work on your own, this could be a great fit!
