Now Hiring: Landscape & Commercial Property Maintenance Technician
We’re looking for a hardworking and reliable Landscape & Commercial Property Maintenance Technician to join our team! If you enjoy working outdoors, building with your hands, and taking pride in maintaining high-quality commercial properties, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
Landscape Installation & Hardscape Work
Install pavers sidewalks and patios
Build retaining walls
Perform new concrete work
Assist with general landscape construction projects
Commercial Property Maintenance
Concrete repair and patching
Power washing buildings, walkways, and surfaces
Painting and surface preparation
General labor and maintenance tasks
Help maintain clean, safe, and professional commercial properties
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to perform physical outdoor work
Experience with landscaping, hardscape, or construction is a plus
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
