HIRING FRAMERS — ANCHORAGE / WASILLA
Looking for reliable, experienced framers who know how to work and don’t need to be constantly managed.
Starting pay is $28–$45/hr depending on experience, with room to go up if you can cut, measure, nail, read plans, and keep production moving.
Weekly pay.
Typically 50–60 hours per week.
Experienced guys can expect roughly $1,300–$1,500+ per week, depending on hours and experience.
If you’re qualified to take on a lead position, pay goes up from there — potentially around $2,300–$2,600/week depending on ability, responsibility, and production.
Looking for people who:
• Have framing or solid construction experience
• Can use a tape, saw and nail gun confidently
• Show up consistently and on time
• Work hard without needing someone over their shoulder all day
• Have reliable transportation
• Want steady work and plenty of hours
