We found out why it leaked in the next room everytime someone took a shower! nothing a shower valve rebuild cant fix😁. No more leaks

Pretty messy job, customer called 2 different plumbers to find a hidden leak before I got there. They already opened all the walls with no luck. I found that the leak came from the apartment next door not from there side. Owner on the other side ended up paying for the fix which was a leaking waterheater pipe with a pin hole spray on the cold water pipe. Dont call the cheapest plumber in town, you will always want the best :)

Hidden leak owner thought was his copper plumbing, Did some test and found he wasnt losing water thru is high pressure copper lines but was leaking thru a drain of some kind. I will make another video soon on how you can tell what kind of leak you have and how it can save you money. As it turns out it was his a/c drain line. Took a while to track down cause the floor and walls were already flooded around both bathrooms and laundry. Found and fixed the problem without opening all the walls and destroying the home. Dont call the cheapest plumbers in town, Call the ones with the right tools for the job :)

When you call 3 plumbers before they call you to find a hidden leak. Plumbers broke the outside walls and inside walls on a 2 story apartment and couldn't find this leak. When you use the right equipment , you can find any leak. This is old PB pipe and ended up being on the second floor behind tile base board / behind the toilet. Another satisfied customer😁

Sorry for the glare at the beginning of this video, it will clear up soon. In this video you will see what happens when your pipe begins to sink, plumbers like to refer to this problem as a belly. Lots of clogging without a clog. Pipe sinks and cause a belly in the pipe, pretty much like trying to flush toilet paper downhill then hit a lake of heavy water instead of a smooth downhill tunnel like riding at six flags. A belly can be caused by deteriorating pipe over time or in new construction homes by not compacting the sand while installing. If it so happens that your pipe clogs frequently every month chances are that you have a belly.
