📍 Scope of Work

Carpentry Division:
• Custom woodwork, cabinetry, and architectural millwork
• Retail showcases and high-end display fabrication
• Detailed finish carpentry installations
• Shop production and on-site project ex*****on

Storefront & Glazing Division:
• Aluminum storefront systems installation
• Glass installation (commercial glazing, tempered & laminated)
• Curtain walls, entrances, and framing systems
• Fabrication and field installation

Construction Division (Project Managers):
• Manage commercial construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and quality control
• Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and building codes

✅ Qualifications

Apprentices (All Divisions):
• Willing to learn, reliable, and hardworking
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Experienced Carpenters:
• Strong finish carpentry skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read drawings is a plus

Storefront & Glazing Professionals:
• Experience in aluminum storefront systems and glass installation
• Ability to read shop drawings and field measure
• Knowledge of commercial glazing systems preferred

Project Managers:
• Experience in commercial construction project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to read plans and manage trades efficiently
• Knowledge of permits, inspections, and scheduling
